Information we process
What information we process
When you sign in with a Microsoft or Google account, the service processes the following information:
Account identifier
A technical account identifier issued by the identity provider.
Phone number
For organisation Microsoft accounts, the phone number stored in the company directory.
Only for authentication
The information is used solely to authenticate you to connected applications and to identify who performed actions within them. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing.
The information is stored in the service's own user database. Sign-in session cookies are used strictly to keep you signed in.
Review or removal
You can request a review or removal of your account information by contacting the administrator.
